Randstad Italia corre in pista con Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team come HR official Partner: l’obiettivo è preparare i giovani a vincere le sfide del futuro e Formula Future è il modo per realizzarlo. Applications are now open for the Formula Future Engineering Academy, the selection, orientation and training programme established by the Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team and organised in cooperation with Randstad. The programme is run from the team’s Faenza headquarters and the initiative is aimed at selecting 23 undergraduates or graduates leading to a career in Formula 1. It’s aimed at young people with a technical, scientific or engineering background. Those selected will have the opportunity to be embedded with the team throughout their training period, which apart from attending classroom lessons, will also see them working directly with the Scuderia’s senior engineers. Applications close on 10 May 2024. To date, Formula Future has kickstarted the careers of over 250 youngsters in the world of motorsport.

In addition to the Formula Future Engineering Academy which trains engineers to design, develop and produce a Formula 1 car, there is also the Formula Future Manufacturing Academy, for which applications will be open in a few months. It is aimed at recent graduates and focuses on the basics of advanced mechanics, processing of composite and thermoplastic materials, as well as high-precision mechanical machining and production processes used in Formula 1.
