The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team is pleased to announce that Esteban Gutierrez has been appointed as a Brand and Business Ambassador. Esteban will continue to attend race weekends and promotional events, and in his new role, he will also work with other areas of the team, including management, commercial, and marketing departments, with a particular focus on strengthening commercial relationships in the Latin American market. Esteban has been with Mercedes since 2018 as a simulator, reserve, and development driver. He has also been increasingly involved with the team’s commercial activities in recent years, supporting the development of brand partnerships through relationship-building and promotional events.
